Volunteer with Crossroads

Volunteering with Crossroads Kids Club is a powerful way to help children come to know and love Jesus and grow in their faith.

At clubs, we need teachers, small-group leaders, club captains, and games leaders. As a club volunteer, you will build relationships with children, guiding them in their faith journey and showing them Christ’s love through your words and actions. Volunteers play a key role in sharing the Good News and helping children grow spiritually.

Beyond club roles, you can support the ministry through administrative help, board service, event planning, public speaking, and more. Each opportunity contributes to creating a Christ-centered environment where children can thrive in their walk with Jesus.

Volunteer opportunities

At Clubs (working directly with children):

  • Small-Group Leaders – Mentor a group of 5-7 children weekly

  • Teachers – Present Bible lessons to the large group

  • Games Leaders – Lead active games and team-building activities

  • Club Captains – Oversee club operations and volunteer coordination

Behind the Scenes (supporting the ministry):

  • Administrative Support – Help with office tasks and communications

  • Board Service – Provide governance and strategic leadership

  • Event Planning – Organize fundraisers and community events

  • Public Speaking – Share Crossroads’ mission with churches and groups

  • Training Provided: Crossroads provides training and ongoing support to equip you for success

  • Background Check Required: All club volunteers undergo background screening for child safety

  • No Experience Necessary: If you love Jesus and care about children, we’d love to talk with you.
